StonkRadar provides stock sentiment analysis tools that collect and analyze social media discussions, track ticker mentions, and provide real-time visualizations. Our services include:

  • Real-time stock mention tracking and analytics
  • Fear & Greed Index monitoring
  • Historical data analysis and charting
  • API access for business integrations (B2B)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You can register using:

  • Google Sign-In authentication
  • Email and password

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Types

  • Individual Users (B2C): Personal accounts for individual investors and traders
  • Business Users (B2B): Enterprise accounts with API access, bulk data exports, and premium features

  • Separate API License Agreement

7.2 API Restrictions

API users may not:

  • Exceed allocated rate limits
  • Redistribute raw API data without authorization
  • Use API data to build competing services
  • Reverse engineer our algorithms or methods

8. Subscription and Payments

  • No refunds for partial billing periods

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StonkRadar and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
